Hi, I’m Liz Angiello, a licensed acupuncturist serving Redding, Georgetown, Weston, Ridgefield, and the surrounding Fairfield County community from my practice at Yoga Station in Redding, CT.

I bring over 20 years of hands-on clinical experience helping people reduce pain, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more at home in their bodies. I earned my Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco in 2014, and have worked with patients in settings ranging from California Pacific Medical Center’s neurological rehabilitation program to the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic.

My practice focuses on:

  • prenatal and postpartum care

  • chronic and acute pain

  • orthopedic acupuncture, dry needling and electroacupuncture

  • stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation

  • recovery from injury and burnout

Before becoming an acupuncturist, I spent decades studying and practicing hands-on bodywork, including structural and Eastern approaches to massage and manual therapy. That background gives me a deeply integrative approach to treatment that combines orthopedic precision with restorative, individualized care.

Patients often come to me when they feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in pain, or disconnected from themselves after months or years of trying to push through. My goal is to create treatments that help you feel grounded, supported, and genuinely cared for, while also addressing the underlying patterns contributing to pain, tension, stress and imbalance.

I’m especially passionate about supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, and periods of major stress or transition.

And yes. Healing can be serious work, but there’s always room for warmth, humanity, and a little humor along the way.
